Floor Manager

Lantern Restaurant is seeking a floor manager. This is a part-time position with potential for additional hours based on interest and ability. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and to think quickly in a very fast-paced environment. A successful applicant will be flexible, possess a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail, and will have exceptional problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.

Responsibilities include attending to customers; directing and working alongside FOH staff; mapping & adjusting floor plans before & during shift; answering phones, checking messages & returning calls; as well as various other tasks on a nightly basis.
